Job Description

Role Summary:

Support and enhance industrial hygiene programs in a biopharma setting to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Focus on evaluating and mitigating chemical, biological, and physical occupational health risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exposure assessments for airborne contaminants, noise, etc.
• Develop sampling plans and monitoring strategies.
• Analyze IH data and recommend controls.
• Support risk assessments for processes, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate across EH&S, R&D, Manufacturing, and Facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH, etc.
• Deliver training on IH and occupational health.
• Maintain technical records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 3–5 years IH experience (biopharma/life sciences preferred).
• Proficient in IH sampling and analytical methods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• CIH certification or in progress preferred.
