LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team.You will be responsible for leading and elevating the safety culture across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the organization’s EHS program across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT).
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs.
• Champion lockout/tagout procedures and other critical safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Spearhead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable being visible and active on the production floor.
• Proven success implementing EHS programs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout and regulatory compliance.
• Experience building EHS programs or leading safety committees.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHCM, OSHA 30-hour) are desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically to support multiple manufacturing sites.

Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 + 15% Bonus
