Director of Marketing & Business Development – Full Time

📍 Utah Valley Specialty Hospital | Provo, Utah

Join our team of passionate healthcare professionals at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital (UVSH) , a long-term acute care hospital providing advanced medical and rehabilitative services.

The hospital also operates Central Utah Rehabilitation (CUR) , offering specialized rehab for patients recovering from disabling injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions .

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing & Business Development (DMBD) to lead marketing, public relations, and business development efforts, manage the Marketing team, and drive occupancy through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years healthcare experience (hospital or sales setting preferred)
• Clinical background required (PTA, PT, OT, RN, RT)
• Strong background in client services and relationship management preferred.
• Leadership/supervisory experience required
• Bachelor’s in healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred
