Director of Housekeeping and Maintenance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping and Maintenance to lead our facility’s operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining a safe and welcoming space for residents, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
🔧 Oversee all housekeeping and maintenance operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
🛠 Conduct regular inspections for safety, upkeep, and equipment performance
📋 Manage maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring timely completion
🧾 Maintain detailed records of repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections
💰 Monitor departmental budgets and control expenditures
📑 Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations and OSHA standards
📞 Be available for on-call emergencies as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience managing housekeeping and maintenance in a healthcare or similar setting
✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✔️ High school diploma or associate degree preferred
