Job Description We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns that promote our programs, services, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead digital campaigns from concept to execution to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Manage website content and SEO/SEM strategies to improve traffic and online visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials and content that align with brand goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email automation platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management abilities.
