Data Entry Coordinator – San Antonio, TX

I am partnering with a leading clinical research organization to recruit a Data Entry Coordinator for their site in San Antonio. This is a fantastic opportunity to support clinical trials that bring life-saving therapies to patients while building your career in the research field.

The Role

In this position, you will:

• Accurately enter clinical trial data into electronic and paper case report forms.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Track data entry completion for study participants.
• Assist with sponsor/CRO queries under manager guidance.
• Maintain confidential study files in line with GCP and ICH guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary in life sciences is a plus).
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ICH guidelines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn clinical systems.

Working Environment

• Office and clinical settings in San Antonio, TX.
• Use of standard office equipment; prolonged screen time expected.
• May involve occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and contact with clinical environments.
