Summary:

The Customer Success Specialist ensures a smooth transition for customers from project sign-off to active product use, focusing on customer loyalty, issue resolution, and long-term relationship building. This role partners with internal teams to resolve issues, manage documentation, and support customers throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Project Management, and Customer Support during post-project handoff.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and tailored support.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring feedback is addressed by the appropriate teams.
• Review and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and action plans to ensure deliverables are met.
• Support customers with after-sales processes, including refits, quoting, and resource guidance.
• Monitor open issues, timelines, and costs, escalating as needed to meet customer expectations.
• Undertake project-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; 4+ years of customer support or project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, project management tools (Gantt charts), and statistical process control preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe; CAD/technical exposure a plus.
