📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct same-day visits to customers after their installation
• Verify lights and timers are functioning correctly
• Demonstrate system usage and answer customer questions
• Collect feedback via a short digital survey
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews
• Deliver $25 gift cards as a thank-you
• Report any issues or additional requests to the installation team

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable driving to customer homes around Indianapolis
• Detail-oriented with basic troubleshooting ability
