We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This fully remote, 100% commission-based position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a results-driven environment. You’ll guide clients through their coverage options while providing exceptional service and support.
Assist new and existing clients with insurance questions, policy options, and coverage reviews
Build rapport and develop trust with clients through clear and compassionate communication
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely follow-ups and addressing concerns
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from sales to service
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
