Fresh Express, the leader in fresh salads, is seeking a Creative Specialist to support the full range of our marketing, advertising, and promotional needs across traditional and digital channels. This role is ideal for a versatile, detail-oriented creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring ideas to life from concept through execution. This position reports Manager, Projects & Creative Production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative assets across multiple platforms, including packaging, advertising, sales collateral, trade show materials, and digital media.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure packaging and collateral materials meet specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Support marketing and sales teams with compelling collateral and promotional materials.
• Design and produce creative content for social media and digital campaigns that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing production role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across traditional and digital media.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Based in Windermere, FL (no relocation offered).

Skills & Tools:

• Design Software : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro for video; Canva for quick-turn assets.
• Digital & Web : Experience creating graphics and layouts for websites, email, and digital ads; familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD a plus.
• Social Media Creative : Ability to design static, animated, and video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Platform Knowledge : Understanding of social platform specifications, file formats, and digital advertising requirements (Google Display, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Best Practices : Strong grasp of branding, responsive design, and engagement-driven creative tailored to digital and social platforms.
