What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the key leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned communities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering quality homes on schedule. Your responsibilities include:

• Walking every room of every home under construction daily
• Conducting pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings with buyers
• Providing weekly updates to homeowners , enhancing customer satisfaction
• Building strong relationships with contractors and local inspectors
• Escalating field issues to Area Manager, Purchasing, or Land Development as needed
• Coaching and developing your Assistant Superintendent
• Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and ready for subcontractors
• Maintaining consistent communication with the sales team to present a united front to customer

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior residential construction experience is required
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred)
• Customer service and/or construction management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of building codes and construction processes is beneficial
