Operating with professionalism and exceptional communication skills, this individual creates memorable, personalized experiences that embody the Diamond Cellar standard. With a polished presence and a positive, “can-do” attitude, the Client Experience Host sets the tone for both clients and colleagues, elevating every interaction in our showroom and VIP spaces.
This role combines creative research, refined hospitality, and hands-on support of our sales team to ensure all client experience touchpoints are flawlessly executed. From maintaining client hospitality stations to assisting with private appointments, the Host plays a key role in delivering an atmosphere of trust, luxury, and genuine care.
