URGENTLY HIRING: Cleaning Technician - Exterior Cleaning Specialist

Location: Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $80K-$120K+ OTE (Base Pay + Performance Incentives)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high-quality cleaning services: windows, roofs, gutters, solar panels
• Complete pressure washing, moss removal, and seasonal holiday light installation
• Safely operate ladders, tools, and cleaning equipment at varying heights
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
• Support HOA and residential maintenance plans with consistent service quality

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional exterior cleaning
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically fit for ladder work, roof access, and outdoor tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $80K-$120K+ annually (base pay + incentives)
• Benefits: IRA match, PTO, health access, company vehicle provided
• Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
