SUMMARY

Join a professional engineering team focused on innovative roadway and infrastructure development projects. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in transportation design, construction management, and materials engineering to real-world civil projects that improve community connectivity and safety. You’ll contribute to all project phases — from planning and design through construction oversight — while working collaboratively with local and state agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support design efforts for transportation and roadway infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed civil design drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related tools.
• Conduct field evaluations and site inspections to gather data and verify existing conditions.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, track progress, and produce regular project status reports.
• Perform engineering analyses, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for proposals and bid documents.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with local and state design standards.
• Coordinate with municipalities and transportation departments to align project goals and deliverables.
• Review and interpret field data, specifications, and reports to optimize project outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 10–15 years of experience in civil design, preferably with roadway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related civil design applications.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Familiarity with local and state transportation standards and specifications.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
