This is a full-time Certified Medical Assistant opportunity in a well-established outpatient urology practice serving the Palm Harbor area. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and long-term stability in a team-oriented environment.
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Day shift
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
Key Responsibilities
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and update medical histories
• Assist providers during urology procedures (including catheter care and cystoscopy support, as applicable)
• Prepare exam rooms and patients for visits and procedures
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy per protocol
• Collect and process specimens
• Accurately document care and clinical data in the EMR
• Provide exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Qualifications
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA / CCMA / RMA) required
• Prior experience in urology or a procedural outpatient specialty preferred
• Strong clinical skills in patient prep, vitals, and clinical workflow
• Comfort working in a busy clinic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
