Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues across a variety of cell phone models.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and services completed.
- Stay informed on the latest cell phone technologies and repair methods.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
- A genuine passion for technology and an interest in keeping up with the latest tech trends.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to create positive, professional interactions.
