United Wound Care Institute is a rapidly growing wound care and chronic disease management organization offering advanced, on-site clinical services to patients across Texas. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes with compassionate care, modern treatment protocols, and a patient-first approach.
We are expanding our team in Santa Fe, Houston, Texas and seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support our clinical operations and patient care services.
Position Summary
The Caregiver will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to provide hands-on patient care, monitor patient conditions, and support daily wound care activities. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a caring attitude toward elderly and chronically ill patients.
