Campaign Program and Events Marketing Manger として、デジタルおよび物理的なプログラムを活用し、パイプラインの創出を推進し、日本市場における収益目標の達成、またはそれを上回る成果を目指していただきます。
このポジションでは、ターゲットを絞ったマーケティングプログラムの開発・推進を通じて、ブランド認知度の向上、パイプラインの構築、見込み顧客の獲得、顧客関係の強化を担当します。
また、Snowflake Japanのリーダーシップチームと密接に連携しながら戦略立案と実行を行い、多様な個人やチームと協力しながら、複数のプロジェクトを同時に推進することが求められます。学習意欲と探求心が旺盛で、組織力のあるセルフスターターの方を歓迎します。
日本市場のニーズや成長機会を分析し、Go-to-Market戦略を策定・実行
マルチチャネル施策（デジタル/フィジカルイベント、Eメールマーケティング、ソーシャルメディアキャンペーンなど）を統合的に展開
パートナーマーケティング、アカウントベースマーケティング、プロダクトマーケティング、PRなどと連携し、日本市場でのブランド認知と顧客エンゲージメントを向上
営業/SEチームとの密な連携を通じ、マーケティング主導のキャンペーンおよびプロモーション戦略を支援
予算管理・ベンダーマネジメント（PO/調達プロセス、新規ベンダーのオンボーディングなどを含む）
マーケティングプログラムの効果測定とROIの評価
成果を定量的に分析し、継続的な改善および今後の投資戦略に反映
エンタープライズソフトウェア/SaaS業界における10年以上のB2Bマーケティング経験（マルチチャネル施策に関する豊富な知識）
1000名規模以上の物理イベント、およびデジタルイベントのプロジェクトリーダーとして成功させた経験
ポジティブで、実行力のあるセルフスターター
流暢な日本語とAPJ/Global TeamとDailyでコミュニケーションをするビジネスレベルの英語力。
マーケティングの学士号またはそれに相当する職務経験
技術・非技術両方のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできるスキル
創造的なマーケティング思考と、確実な実行を支えるリーダーシップ
デマンドジェネレーションの戦略立案および実施経験
社内外のマーケティングリーダーやクロスファンクショナルチームとの協働経験
ステークホルダーを巻き込み、戦略を推進できる影響力
効果的なプロジェクトマネジメントと優れた時間管理スキル
Salesforce、Marketo、WordPress、Zoomの使用経験
クラウドインフラ、クラウドアプリケーション、データサイエンス、アナリティクスプラットフォーム（AWS、Google Cloud、Dataiku、H2O、Salesforceなど）に関するマーケティングを行う上で必要なレベルの知識
