🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice assisting our valued customers by phone
• Handle inquiries related to accounts, transactions, services, and support
• Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or call center experience required
• (Financial services or banking background is a plus , but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Dependable, professional, and eager to grow in a long-term role
• Must be available to work Saturdays after training (with another day off during the week)
