About the Role: Budtender

As a Budtender at Pico Legacy, LLC, you’ll be the face of our company, helping customers navigate their cannabis needs with knowledge, care, and professionalism. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to share their passion for cannabis with others.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs, preferences, and lifestyles.
• Provide accurate information about products, including strains, effects, and proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including product displays.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis trends, products, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
• A professional and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
