Starting Pay: $27/hour and up, based on experience

We’re expanding our modern, luxury cosmetic division and looking for a skilled, motivated nurse to help us grow our high-end clientele and elevate the patient experience.

About the Role

Are you a nurse (RN) who loves blending science and beauty?
We’re seeking a licensed nurse with experience in IV infusions and cosmetic or laser procedures to join our collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding, multifaceted career at the intersection of aesthetic medicine, infusion therapy, and dermatologic research .

What You’ll Do

• Lead and perform IV infusions and injections in partnership with our dermatology providers.
• Deliver exceptional cosmetic care and help shape our growing aesthetic division (training provided as needed).
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care.
• Support clinical research activities including patient communication, data collection, and sample handling.
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation within our EHR and research systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and medical assistants to ensure smooth, patient-centered care.
• (Optional) Contribute creative ideas to enhance patient engagement and social media presence.

Who You Are:

• Licensed RN in Michigan (required).
• Confident and experienced in IV infusions (biologics), blood draws, and patient monitoring.
• Familiar with or eager to learn aesthetic and laser treatments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
• Motivated to grow, learn, and lead in an innovative environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with devices such as HydraFacial, SkinPen, Morpheus8, Fraxel, IPL, KTP, or Nd:YAG lasers.
• Interest in social media, marketing, or practice development.
• Curiosity about dermatology research or data-driven innovation.
