Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts
• Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
• Performs monthly bank account reconciliations for all accounts.
• Prepare special financial reports, when requested by senior managers, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Create and update expense reports
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
• Well written and verbal communication skills
• One or two years of accounting, finance or related field experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Bilingual (English, Korean) highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study preferred
• Skills of MS and accounting software preferred
• Proficiency in large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
