We are urgently hiring experienced caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 12-hour overnight shifts in Chattanooga. Whether you're looking to grow in your caregiving career or seeking rewarding work that matters, we invite you to be part of our compassionate and professional team.
Make a Daily Impact: Your care helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
Consistent Night Shifts: 12-hour overnight opportunities—ideal for caregivers who prefer structured hours and meaningful overnight engagement
Pay Range: $15.50–$16.25/hour based on experience
1-to-1 Care Ratio: Focus on one client at a time for deeper connections and higher-quality care
Flexible Scheduling: Choose your clients based on your availability and comfort level
Direct Support: 24/7 access to an engaged management team and owner who truly support caregivers

Occasional transportation or errands
At least 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA certification
A genuine passion for caring for seniors
Ability to pass a background check
Dependable and compassionate nature
Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently
